Creativecollars was established in the year 2012, in an attempt to re-invent the concept of corporate wear and uniforms in Mauritius.
With a vision to offer more than what was already being offered at the time in terms of design, style and fabrics to the uniform industry, Creativecollars started manufacturing tailor-made uniforms that truly represented its customers’ brand, and enhanced their image. Since then, Creativecollars has defined a new standard for the corporate world by creating fashion-forward uniforms across corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare, automotive, education, and construction sectors, amongst others.

Our Process
1. Design
- Our in-house designer creates designs according to the client’s brand guidelines and other parameters provided.
- High quality, durable, performing, and tested fabrics are proposed.
2. Sampling
- Once designs are validated, we produce samples based on the measurements of a selected staff.
- If the fabric is readily available, samples can be ready within 10-15 days of design approval.
3. Measurement
- We provide both size-based or tailor-based fittings.
- Our team of tailors travels to the client’s premises.
- All measurements are recorded digitally to ensure quicker processing and coordination if ever the production needs to be done overseas.
- We are in the process of introducing a digital and remote measurement software called ‘Mirror Size’.
4. Development & Manufacturing
- Once samples are approved, our pattern maker proceeds to developing the pattern.
- For bulk orders, the manufacturing is done at both our factories in Mauritius and India, through a well-designed production management plan.
- Our QC team at our factory ensures that all our uniforms are as per set standards.
- All outsourced uniforms in India are first cut in-house and then sent out for stitching. The uniforms come back to our factory for quality control, finishing and packing.
5. Logistics & Distribution
- The uniforms manufactured in India are packed, ready-to-ship to our factory. We have the possibility to ship by air [7 days] or by sea [21-25 days]. For bulk orders we usually use both modes.
- All the uniforms are delivered in an organized manner to the client’s requested location.
6. Fitting & Alterations
- Once the uniforms are delivered, our after-sales team coordinates with the client for any fitting request or issue, and plans the alterations session accordingly.
- We also coordinate with the client for any new staff and produce their uniforms as required.
- We propose 6-months warranty on all our fabrics and stitching.
- We offer 6-month free alteration service for our tailored uniforms.
Services
Design
Our in-house Designer manages the entire design process from start to finish, making necessary edits to the designs as per the client’s requirements, and choosing fabrics and trims accordingly.
Embroidery
The finishing touch to complete a client’s overall branding is the company logo. We offer expert advice on logo placement, color, and size, for as little as 3 units. A one-time fee is applicable for logo digitization, artwork set-up, and embroidery sample.
Fabric Development
With a vision to offer our customers a wide range of newness of fabric, we also customize fabrics based on their specific requirements.
Sourcing
Most of our fabrics are sourced from countries, such as India, Holland, and Portugal. Having fabric suppliers globally allows us to provide a panoply of fabrics to our customers.
Tailored & Bespoke Uniforms
At CreativeCollars, we provide our customers with the freedom to have an outfit as per their body shape, and their needs. Depending on the job that the employees do, we advise our customers on the functionality of different types of models and fabrics. At the end, the customers receive uniforms that are tailored to fit them perfectly, as well as functional to allow them to do their job comfortably.
Alterations
If a company requires alterations for the uniforms of its employees, we are there for that too! Our team of tailors travels to our customers to record any adjustments that need to be done. The turnaround time for the delivery of the altered uniforms usually ranges between 7-14 days, depending on the amount and complexity of repairs.
